Ang Wee Seng, Executive Director, Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association(SSIA)
Wee Seng has over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, encompassing fab start-up, technology development, manufacturing, and senior leadership roles. Wee Seng now leads the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) in supporting the semiconductor industry by growing its talent pool, helping businesses grow, and advocating for an environmentally sustainable business strategy for the industry. He concurrently sits on several advisory committees, such as Singapore Polytechnic's School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (SEEE), NTU's School of Materials Science and Engineering, Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific (ITAP), as well as ESG's Smart Manufacturing Technical Committee (SMTC) and Environment and Resources Standards Technical Committee for Energy. Wee Seng also plays an active role in supporting the community, and is a District Councillor for North East CDC. Wee Seng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Masters (MSc) in Management of Technology from National University of Singapore.
Dr. Eason Liao, CEO, MASSPHOTON LIMITED
Dr. Liao is the CEO and Founder of MASSPHOTON LIMITED. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in gallium nitride (GaN) materials and devices. Throughout his career, Dr. Liao has successfully commercialized numerous GaN-based products, particularly in the field of UV optoelectronics. A prolific innovator, he holds more than 40 patents and has authored multiple publications in GaN-related fields.
Pei-Cheng Huang, FAE, Asia, Efficient Power Conversion (EPC)
Pei-Cheng Huang received the master degrees from Thin-Hua university in system engineering with major in power electrical electronics. His experience covers high density power converters, power managerment IC development, audio power amplifiers, high-frequency power converters and devices, highly resonant loosely coupled wireless power, utility applications of power electronics, integration of power electronic converters, power electronic packaging, induction heating and gate drivers with protection features.
Charade Avondo, President and Founder of the Philippine Integrated Circuit Device Association (PICDA)
A seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Charade shatters stereotypes in the traditionally male-dominated semiconductor industry. She has a proven track record of diving transformational growth, starting a prominent IC Design company in 2009, formerly APAC IC Layout Inc, known today as Xinyx Design. Prior to Xinyx, Charade honed her financial acumen in various roles, including finance officer from 2008 to 2011, a stock market day trader from 1996 to 2003 at Folsom Calfornia, and bank officer at First Interstate Bank in California from 1990 to 1995. She holds a degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, from San Jose State University in California. Beyond her leadership at Xinyx, Charade is a passionate advocate for the Philippine IC Design industry. She actively supports initiatives with the government to showcase the Philippines’ potential as a global semiconductor hub, attracting top companies to invest. Her commitment extends to talent development through Xinyx’ “Campus Connect” program. This initiative provides scholarships, lab and EDA tool funding, curriculum development, and faculty immersion programs for academic institutions, fostering a pipeline of skilled IC Design engineers for the future.
Keisuke Nakano, Business Development – Keysight Technologies
Keisuke Nakano is a business development specialist in Keysight’s Automotive & Energy Solutions Group. After working in the semiconductor segment for over 20 years as a sales, SE and marketing engineer, he is in charge of business development in the automotive segment. He proposes the solutions to customers related to key EV components such as EV charging analyzers and battery charge/discharge test systems.
Rahland Gordan, Product Marketing Manager, Texas Instruments
Rahland Gordon is the Product Marketing Engineer Manager for the Current Sensing Product Line at Texas Instruments. With about a decade of experience, he leads his team in driving strategy, business development, and customer interaction for product development. Rahland received his bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Christopher Newport University.
Shao Zhang, Staff Systems Applications Engineer, Qorvo, Inc
Shao Zhang has more than 10 years of experience in the field of motor control. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was a Research Scholar in Power Electronics and Control at Michigan State University, U.S.A. Shao started his industrial career at ABB in Wisconsin, developing control algorithms for various types of machines.

Jason Khor, Senior Manager, Engineering, Arrow Electronics
Jason Khor is senior manager of Engineering at Arrow Electronics. He is responsible for leading the engineering team in the South Asia region, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Jason joined Arrow in 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in electronics R&D, engineering, and semiconductor distribution business. Jason started fabricating his own electronic boards, soldered and assembled components on hand drawn, etched PCBs as a teenager. He now works daily with innovators and creators in bringing next-generation products to life.
YC Yang, Senior Director of Business Development Asia, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.
YC Yang holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and has over two decades of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Development for the Asia region at Vishay Intertechnology, where he leads strategic initiatives and technical engagements across key markets. Leveraging Vishay’s broad component portfolio, he enables innovative, performance-driven solutions tailored to the evolving demands of the industry. Throughout his tenure at Vishay, Mr. Yang has spearheaded and contributed to numerous high power electronics projects spanning multiple product lines, effectively integrating power semiconductors with passive components. His technical expertise includes high efficiency power design, battery management systems (BMS), DC/DC and AC/DC power conversion technologies, and sensor applications. He has been deeply involved in the system-level design of bidirectional DC/DC and DC/AC converters and has played a key role in defining and developing Vishay’s third-generation wide bandgap semiconductor products.
