Prior to Xinyx, Charade honed her financial acumen in various roles, including finance officer from 2008 to 2011, a stock market day trader from 1996 to 2003 at Folsom Calfornia, and bank officer at First Interstate Bank in California from 1990 to 1995.
She holds a degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, from San Jose State University in California.
Beyond her leadership at Xinyx, Charade is a passionate advocate for the Philippine IC Design industry. She actively supports initiatives with the government to showcase the Philippines’ potential as a global semiconductor hub, attracting top companies to invest. Her commitment extends to talent development through Xinyx’ “Campus Connect” program. This initiative provides scholarships, lab and EDA tool funding, curriculum development, and faculty immersion programs for academic institutions, fostering a pipeline of skilled IC Design engineers for the future.
