Kenneth currently leads a team of 100 staffs comprising of Sales, Marketing, Application Engineers and Centre of Competencies that oversees the Automotive markets in South Korea, India, Australia/NZ and ASEAN countries. He joined Siemens Component (the Semiconductor Division is now “Infineon”) in 1992 as Sales Engineer. In 1998, Kenneth took up a new role to establish the Distribution Channel and Network for Infineon in Asia Pacific covering China, Taiwan, South Korea, India, ASEAN and ANZ. During his tenure in the Distribution Channel, he achieved Revenue growth of more than 10 times in 8 years, put in place Distribution Processes and Policies and extended the global distributors into Asia Pacific. In his time in Distribution Management, he operated out of Hong Kong for 3 years to focus on the distribution business in China and Taiwan. Kenneth then transferred to Qimonda in 2006 to set up the Global Channel and Partners network.
